- "Channeling John Barrymore" ... We always knew he had it in him -- especially since, as this newspaper story asserts, art imitates life! - Bruce Timm, one of the masterminds behind "Batman: The Animated Series," has a new DC Comics project in the works. This one is going to be a direct-to-DVD feature movie based on the trade paperback "The Death of Superman." (Timm, of course, worked on the "Superman" animated series as well.)
