Ya know, for 2009 we thought we'd do a nice little status check on all four of our major BRBTV shows to see who from the cast has a regular TV gig these days. The first series up on our status roster is "Santa Barbara." So here, in celebration of life and all that's merry in the new year, is a little handy-dandy rundown on our beloved folks from "SB," and what they're doing for regular TV stuff right now, or just a second ago ...
- A Martinez
aka, Cruz Castillo
Most recently: Ray Montez on "One Life to Live" this past fall, with a stint as Roy DiLucca on "General Hospital" a few years ago, and you know that in that daily soaps game, you're never really "dead" or out ... Martinez also has a couple movie projects: "The Terminators" and "Becoming Eduardo," as we've mentioned on this blog.

HOT!) and for which the release date was pushed back to 2010
- Robin Mattson
aka, the second and stingiest Gina Capwell whatever-whatever
Most recently: Cheri Love on "As the World Turns" in 2007, and has been known to rear her pretty little head on "GH," where she was the longtime vixen Heather Webber
