It was quite a collection of talented folks who were snagged in Boss Hogg's celebrity speed trap on our beloved "Dukes of Hazzard." Some are easy to remember -- Loretta Lynn, the Oak Ridge Boys, Roy Orbison. But did you remember that Freddy Fender got snared, as well? (He was one of my mom's absolute faves!) How about Buck Owens? Sure wish they had Johnny cash in the speed trap. Wish I could find out why he did the ballad of the General lee. Tried asking John Schneider and Tom wopat but they dont know. Wow that would have made one heck of a episode!
That would have been BEYOND AMAZING if Johnny Cash were in there, too!
