James Best drops in on America's favorite pasttime

James Best, the unforgettable Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane of "The Dukes of Hazzard," will make a set of appearances at Northwoods League baseball games this July.

- With Flash and the General Lee, Best will appear at Knute Nelson Memorial Field in Alexandria, Minn., for the game of the Alexandria Beetles and the Thunder Bay Border Cats on Sunday, July 23.

- Then, on Wednesday, July 26, he'll show up for the Mankato MoonDogs of Mankato, Minn., as they take on the Duluth Huskies at Franklin Rogers Park.

- On Saturday, July 29, he'll move on to Wisconsin for the Madison Mallards' game against the Rochester Honkers (where DO they get these names?) at Warner Park.

- Finally, it's on to Canada for the Thunder Bay Border Cats of Thunder Bay, Ontario, who will be playing against the Duluth Huskies on Monday, July 31.
