Ahhhh ... life on the brink of your 40th birthday. Now that's something we can relate to! Of course, if we could look like Heather Locklear, we wouldn't worry what the age ...
Still fresh off a 2007 spin with Lifetime in the well-received Nora Roberts movie "Angels Fall," Locklear is doing another Lifetime project. This one is a holiday movie tentatively titled "Flirting With 40."
The plotline, according to the Hollywood Reporter: "A divorced mother of two (Locklear) who, while on vacation on the brink of her 40th birthday, enters into an unexpected romance with a much younger man and learns that life can begin at 40." To quote such an overused cliche (at least for us) ... meow!
"It's obvious that our viewers adore her," said Tanya Lopez, senior vp original movies at Lifetime Networks. Yea, we buy that.
Our "Dynasty" babe (who has yet to age, mind you!) also has a 2009 project in the works: "Flying By," also starring Billy Ray Cyrus, with whom she did a stint on Cyrus' daughter's show, "Hannah Montana."
