De Longis and Baker rough it up for a good cause

You put a fugitive criminal and a bartender together, and what do you get? Well, these days, a stunt show at a charity event, actually! A few weeks back on this very blog, we ran some excerpts from our interviews with "Santa Barbara" cast members Anthony De Longis, who portrayed Leo Mitchell, and David Baker, who was Dave the bartender at the Orient Express.

The two are friends and neighbors nowadays, so many years after their time on "SB," and a couple weekends ago, photographer John Leonetti snapped them at the Ride for a Cure event at Gibson Ranch in Sunland, California.

Whipmaster is just one of the many hats Anthony De Longis wears, as you can see here on the left, and David Baker doesn't seem too bad on a horse himself ...

(Maybe Leo wanted that martini shaken, not stirred, Dave?????)

You can see the whole collection of John Leonetti's photos from the event, as well as a lot of other whip-crackin' stuff, at his website: http://web.me.com/johnleonetti/cracktice

See our interview excerpts with these two talented "SB" stars in the September 5 and September 12 posts, and look for the full interviews in the next edition of the BRBTV reference guide "Send Me to Santa Barbara."
